Fully automatic satellite multi rotary table sand blasting machine for high productivity

Capabilities and applications

Conventional rotary table sand blasting machines adopt manual loading mode. They are widely applied for surface cleaning of aluminum and stainless steel components, glass and acrylic products, as well as surface roughening treatment prior to coating processes.

When integrated into fully automatic production lines, this blasting equipment can be equipped with robotic handling systems to realize unmanned loading and unloading.

For satellite turntable sand blasting machines, multiple rotating platforms are arranged radially and divided into no less than two working stations. While workpieces on one station undergo blasting treatment, operators can simultaneously unload finished parts and place new workpieces at another station, achieving non-stop cyclic production.

The blasting chamber is lined with wear-resistant rubber plates for routine protection. If steel abrasives are adopted for blasting, manganese steel liners will be fitted inside the chamber to resist severe abrasive impact and extend service life.

The quantity and layout of blasting guns are custom-engineered according to the geometric shape and overall dimensions of target workpieces, guaranteeing uniform and thorough surface treatment.
